Mock Squarespace Website for a Picnic Company

In this mock picnic site I made a simple-but-sleek wordmark logo and sourced stock photos from a paid subscription service. It was a blast coming up with the concept and copy for my faux picnic brand, Picnic Party.

I selected bright and earthy tones for the colors to compliment the bright picnic photos and added catchy copy like “We’re bringing the picnic to you, with all the toppings.”

The site has a Service page highlighting all the different offerings and types of picnics, a Portfolio showcasing past clients, a Contact page for booking, and a Blog for all blog articles that are picnic related (“Things Not to Forget on Picnic Day”, “Best Charcuterie Boards in LA / OC / SD”, etc). I also included a Shop page if the client wants their picnic-goers to be able to select packages and pay directly from the site.

I added an About section at the bottom giving a glimpse into the face behind the “brand,” along with links to social media outlets and a sign up form for people to subscribe to a newsletter. (Which I can also help you make!)

I love this mock-up so much I may have to start a picnic company myself! ;) Now — to just find the time!
